Norven is a digital venture company. It builds software products, AI-powered platforms and digital businesses, and it operates them.
That distinction matters. An agency is paid to deliver. A venture company is exposed to whether the thing actually works, which changes every decision made along the way.
Vision
To hold a portfolio of digital businesses that share infrastructure, commercial systems and operating standards, so that each new venture starts further ahead than the last.
The company is deliberately structured to absorb new businesses without having to reposition itself every time one appears.
Philosophy
Technology, product, sales and operations are not separate disciplines to be outsourced to four different suppliers. They are one system, and the quality of a business is set by its weakest part.
We would rather run a small number of businesses properly than a large number approximately.
How we work
Every venture moves through the same four stages, identify, build, operate and scale, and each stage has to hold before the next one starts.
The model is deliberately unglamorous. Most of the advantage comes from doing the ordinary parts consistently.
